Here's the best and worst parts of my weekend:
Best:
My mom and grandpa were here!
I got a tonsilectomy and the surgery went great with no complications.
Lots of smoothies, jello, tapioca, and ice cream.
I haven't had to work!
Pretty get-well flowers and balloons.
One on one time with my mama:)
Finding 2 really cute dresses when shopping.
A pedicure and manicure, also with my mama.
Yummy dinner from the best cook ever, my mother in law!
I'm reatively pain free-considering.
Worst:
Matt wasn't here:(
I'm apparantly allergic to the pain meds they ordered-I've been itching like crazy!
The craters in the back of my throat are deep and disgusting.
My dad is also really sick with the flu, sorry dad!
The doctor said that the tonsils were worse than he thought and that he spent an extra 5 minutes digging around back there!
Reality check: Back to school tomorrow:(

Bummer! I hear that's miserable! Hope you're feeling better.
You are such an optimistic girl! I am glad your mom was there. Sounds like fun. Maybe I want to get my tonsils out. I could use a break! Hope we see you guys soon. Is that cruise still on?
