If I could go back in time, I wouldn't have done it. He now looks like a little boy instead of a baby boy. I want my baby back! It was getting so long and thick in the back that the curls were more like waves. I ended up doing it one night and it didn't turn out so well. Cutting little boys hair is hard! So we took him in and let a professional work on it. Matt and I both want his curly Goldilocks to grow back! He still looks very handsome; just little boy handsome and instead of baby handsome. He did awesome while she cut his hair. Not one scream or cry-impressive! James was going to get a hair cut that day as well, but once we saw how much older Jakey looked, we couldn't let the same thing happen to James! So, he gets to keep his locks for a little longer:)

I know it has to happen but I always hate the first hair cut and miss the baby curls too.
That first major cut is so traumatizing, but he does look so handsome. I think it was a good move. Sweet boys! And thanks for his car carrier. He loves it!
