Eli is a dream of a newborn. Good sleeper, great eater, and not fussy! I had no idea that newborns could come this easy. I kind of thought that this kid was going to have a laid back personality because at 41 weeks, he still was content and I had to be induced for him to be born. I hope his personality stays this way. It was totally different with Jake and James, they were 10 times the work and we were constantly fatigued. Plus, they were our first, so we didn't really know what we were doing. And, they were a little premature, which comes with its own set of problems. At the time, we didn't really think much of it but looking back I wondered how we survived! Anyway, we are really enjoying Eli and I'm so glad he's in our family.
James has especially taken to little Eli; Jakey is slightly more apprehensive.

Yea! Congrats. He is so handsome. I'm sure 1 is so much easier than 2. I don't know how you did it either :)

He is precious. Congrats, you guys! You make it look so easy, and I suppose it probably is after having two at once! Thanks for sharing the pictures, I've been dying to see him.
